When you book an AR-o-VR experience or contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected site, experience, booking date, slot, seat count, booking status, and related payment reference details. We do not require a customer account for booking, so we only collect the data needed to create, confirm, support, and reconcile your reservation.

Payments and Payment Data

Online payments are processed through PhonePe. We store booking and transaction references needed to confirm payment status, handle refunds, and support customer service, but sensitive payment instrument details are handled by PhonePe according to its own policies and security standards.

Transactional Emails and Notifications

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails such as booking confirmations, pay-on-arrival reservation notices, reschedule confirmations, cancellation updates, and refund updates. We also send internal booking notifications to our operations mailbox at [email protected] so our team can assist with confirmations and support requests.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process bookings, maintain live slot availability, confirm payments, support pay-on-arrival reservations, help with reschedules and cancellations, prevent overbooking, respond to enquiries, and maintain audit and financial records. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing use.

Data Retention and Protection

We retain booking, payment, operational, and audit records for as long as reasonably required for customer support, dispute handling, legal compliance, and business operations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored data, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
