Agreement

By accessing or using the AR-o-VR website, mobile application, or any of our on-site AR/VR experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AR-o-VR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, 3D models, augmented reality overlays, virtual reality experiences, and related materials created by AR-o-VR are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content — without prior written permission — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

Visitor Conduct

When participating in our heritage site experiences, visitors are expected to act responsibly and with respect for the site, its history, and fellow visitors. Any behaviour that damages equipment, disrupts the experience, or disrespects the heritage site may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Use of Services

Our website and application are intended to promote and support heritage tourism in India. Using our services — or any content derived from them — for piracy, unauthorised commercial gain, or any purpose that violates Indian law is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

Employment & Partnerships

Individuals involved in the delivery of our services are bound by company agreements, including appropriate training and valid identification. Use of AR-o-VR's platform or services as a source of income without company authorisation is a violation of these terms and applicable company policies.

Liability

AR-o-VR strives to provide accurate and engaging heritage content. However, we do not guarantee that all historical representations are entirely free from error. Misleading claims or misuse of our services may result in appropriate action as permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
