Agreement

By accessing or using the AR-o-VR website, booking flow, or any of our on-site AR/VR experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AR-o-VR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Bookings and Availability

All bookings are subject to real-time slot availability and stated seat capacity. A slot is not guaranteed until the relevant booking status is confirmed by our system or operations team. We may close, reopen, or adjust slots when operational, safety, site, or capacity conditions require it.

Payment Modes

We currently offer two booking modes: prepaid online bookings through PhonePe and pay-on-arrival reservations. Prepaid bookings require successful payment confirmation. Pay-on-arrival reservations are requests to reserve seats and may require manual confirmation by our operations team before they become fully confirmed bookings.

Prepaid Checkout Window

Online checkout sessions may expire if payment is not completed in time. If a prepaid checkout expires or fails, the related reservation may be released and the slot may become available to other visitors.

Pay-on-Arrival Reservations

Pay-on-arrival bookings are initially held in a temporary reserved state. Unless confirmed by our team earlier, these reservations may expire automatically after 30 minutes from creation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel pay-on-arrival requests that appear incomplete, duplicate, abusive, or operationally impractical.

Booking Communications

Booking confirmations, reservation notices, reschedule notices, cancellation updates, and refund updates are sent to the email address and phone number provided during booking. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details. In version one, booking changes are handled by our team rather than through a customer self-service dashboard.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Reschedules and cancellations are handled by AR-o-VR support and are subject to slot availability, operational feasibility, and internal verification. Change requests are intended for future bookings only. Completed experiences, checked-in bookings, expired reservations, and no-show bookings may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, when approved, is processed against the original payment through PhonePe. In version one, refunds are handled as full refunds only. Refund timing depends on payment processor and banking timelines. No refund is guaranteed for misuse, no-shows, or visitor conduct issues.

Visitor Conduct

When participating in our heritage site experiences, visitors are expected to act responsibly and with respect for the site, its history, our equipment, and fellow visitors. Any behaviour that damages equipment, disrupts the experience, or disrespects the site may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, 3D models, augmented reality overlays, virtual reality experiences, and related materials created by AR-o-VR are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Liability

AR-o-VR strives to provide accurate and engaging heritage content, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, site access, or that every reconstruction will be free from error or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, AR-o-VR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from booking delays, third-party payment failures, site restrictions, or force majeure conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
